Chris Wilson
Apologies to all of you that have tried to log on to the Charles Birch Website. I am pleased to announce that it is now up and running and ready for business albeit three weeks late. Security is an issue because we don't want any members of the public seeing your trade prices or indeed booking stock on your accounts so I am afraid you will still have to obtain your password etc but this is a simple process. The site is a work in progress, so please bear with us if odd photos are missing etc, What you will find however is over 15,000 lines that are available to order and lots of great deals etc. I look forward with some trepidation to hearing your verdicts! Regards Chris Wilson [/b]

Guest lee.
Still unable to access the new website . even after an invitation from Mr Wilson himself via email to do so , some muppet has forgot to allocate the link to get your password to a valid email address , perhaps they should realise you only get one chance to make a first impression ! . Even the link to retrive our pasword once logged in just tells us our email is not recognised , all seems very strange , especially as the original email had been sent from Birch's inviting us to view it
Danny King
I've had no problems been looking at the site since monday.
Guest lee.
we have only emailed them twice for a password , once on the 27th Sept , and again today , perhaps we should close our Leeds account and open one with Essex ! , is the site as good as we are led to belive it will be ? Danny King
I think the site still needs a few tweaks, Alot of images are still missing. Also found it hard to navigate round. But it is early days so lets see what happens
Perplexus
I agree with Danny . . . the site looks quite promising, but there are a lot of products - particularly leather goods - that I wouldn't buy without seeing some kind of image. Perhaps these will be added later.
Lee
some ******** has forgot to allocate the link to get your password to a valid email address , perhaps they should realise you only get one chance to make a first impression ! the link is wrong, it opened up in Outlook express and has a long ramble after it to a subject matter. Chris Wilson
Lee I shall investigate this further, thanks for your help. Not being too "techy" I don't understand why lots of people are getting straight through with no problems and others are experiancing difficulties. Guest k@lsb
just to let you guys no, youre password etc login must b entered in upper case.only......had a quick look around.not bad for a first attempt.from cbs.but pics definatly need to b bigger and..compared to most websites is not quick to navigate....must have bigger clearer pics....and ease to find things quick....was looking at a option of being able to order quickly at night.but think im going to put this on hold for a while..until is all running smoothly.at the moment needs improving.....but like all of us nower days its about having the time.......but there warehouse staff are always polite and helpfull on the phone.....please peter if you are reading this...take note.make pics bigger and quicker navigation and you will have a winner......well done for the start...now just tweek it up...all the best....regards k

busy bee
I have my username/password now & have been browsing the new website. I have ordered a hardware catalogue via the website, but the email has come back undelivered. I found browsing a bit difficult, you cannot really look at anything. Say wanted to look at something new such as a new key machine or some different giftware for instance, if you click on the "more" button, it just takes you to the "add to basket" window.
