keithm
I assume you use twice as many as most people then Tel That is incredibly cheap and is obviously not one of the better known bands Klinspor I assume? Keith
Auto Key Wizard
Oh are Norzon cheap bands then Keith? Check my post that's somewhere above, listing stock numbers, sizes & prices from a big supplier. I am a careful user of abrasives, I have a no18 band scourer which we swap out the band every two weeks, then that band gets put on the 700 the fine band 100g gets changed every month or three

I dont think you will get them at that bargain price by just phoning up, you need to place a nice lil order with your friendly rep and do a bit of bartering
petercoulson
yes there is a good mark up on bands, (think they have made a mistake with the price of the wide bands though). but when you talk of mark ups remember there is always competition but everyone must make money to survive, after all wholesalers dont sell as many bands as shoe repairers sell keys and what is the mark up on a 1A for instance. ironplanet uk900
I agree Peter, I don't tend to shop around that much for my repair materials, I use the most reliable (CB), and have used them for years without much bother. Thier prices are competative in general thier service is good & I haven't got the time or the inclination to hunt round to save pennies when my mark up is superb anyway.........everyone has to make a living.
