Ninja Total don't think its cutting right any ideas?

Anyone got any ideas, 1 picture showing how the cuts should look and 2 pictures showing how they actually are. Is there a way to recalibrate / reset the jaw /cutter?

surely this cant be cut right

SN930 is what i cut it on and the blocks were turned to C as instructed

jma-YAMA-13I is the key blank but it just doesn't look right?

Any ideas?

Use the lightning symbol function before cutting.

No idea it was a phone order to be posted out - I guess I’ll find out in a day or so

That key is incorrectly cut!
We have to presume all other keys cut correctly and the machine is calibrated okay.

Using jaw C or D it is useful to set the lightning symbol function and the blank will be detected for it's position before cutting commences.

Thanks all, the lightening symbol sorted the problem - I have never even noticed the lightening symbol before.

Does the lightening symbol just need to be used when using Jaws C & D?

It can be deployed with any jaw

I've had a couple of occasions, though not often, where I've used the symbol and it's actually overcut the key.
