Wedding shoes strap

I desperately want these shoes (please see link) for my wedding, however, the 3rd strap (closest to toes) is too tight. Is there anything at all that can be done?

I'm assuming the strap is elasticated, It may be possible to extend that.

Should be able to extend the strap .

a niece of mine had the same problem as x minit said its simple enough to extend the strap ,depending on how tight  they are it may be possible to just peel the sole back and let the strap out enough to fit if not then it would be piece added to the medial side so its not as noticeable both ways are just as easy to do

How much 'too tight'? Maybe a simple stretching job.

Not sure where Elfman is based but you could try Classic shoes in Camden they might be able to help - http://classicshoerepairs.com/

any competent shoe repairer should be able to do it easy enough however i would be tempted to tell him adjust the medial strap so as to keep the pearl buttons in line
