kobblers
This is the key: https://www.racksforcars.com/8349/SportRack-2820-Replacement-Key/ I'd chance an LF12 /VO12/BT2 with bitting 00022. Silca card 298. Rick. Edited July 6 by kobblers

CummingsLocks
No joy - tried every possible Thule combination too but still not working
grahamparker
Pick and remove, really easy to strip down as well to decode. Did a Thule roof bar by reading the wafer drops yesterday quite easy if you can get access.
Trev
I'm not sure how helpful this is, but this company say they cut theirs on Ilco LF12 / Silca LF12 / JMA BL-2 : https://www.easykeys.com/938_Thule_2802-3021_Lock_Keys

Had a few back that did not fit but they brought the roof box with them, a quick spray of Kaba lock oil or Abus PS88 always sorts the issue. HowardK
if it is a Thule / Yakima style key way lock, be sure the blank you are using LF12 or variant, has the correct shoulder width of not more then .340 inch // 8.636 mm, or key may not enter fully kobblers
