Mike at Vauxhall
https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/harrods-sells-out-of-luxury-950-aspinal-of-london-bags-at-bargain-8-after-website-pricing-blunder-a3719976.html I know EXACTLY how gutted they must feel, only last week I priced a dozen laces at £2.60 instead of £2.80. kobblers and SteelCityShoes
kirkybob
although I would normaly honour this type of error, it is not a legal obligation to do so.

Once the transaction is completed, you cannot try to get back the additional amount. Online it largely depends on your T&Cs which you need to show, but usually the transaction is not considered complete until delivery, so you can cancel it any time up until then, but once it has been delivered, you can’t seek the additional amount. kobblers
chrisorros
Even if they did loose on the bags they have done well with the advertising stories about the error, but their terms and conditions clearly state 'Errors may sometimes occur in our pricing. If we have made an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or the order will be cancelled'. You automatically agree to these T&Cs when you place an order. Advertising stunt maybe? Mike at Vauxhall
SteelCityShoes
I wouldn’t have thought Harrods needed advertising to be honest. They probably make more in the first 5 minutes of the day than we all make all week
