Hi Guys I have a customer with a pair of boots & her cat has pissed in them lol any ideas on cleaning them?

A solution of 3 parts white vinegar and 1 part water sprayed quite liberally inside and outside the shoe. Do a test patch on the outside to ensure that it isn't going to stain.

I heard that if you pour dog piss onto cat piss while it's still damp it will neutralise it. Might be worth a try?

Don't waste it!!!! You can use it to neutralise the dog piss

 

Then you'll need summat to neutralise yours

I have to say I found it funny it went like this Hello how can I help? There's 2 things I need 1 is a cap to go on my key the other is some advice I have a pair of boots and my cats pissed in them! I neeed all my self control not to laugh! But I get it all in my shop I have 3 customers that are trannys so I'm used to the voice in my head ssying play it nice & cool dont laugh dont laugh
