That would be a vectra c. Did you use a genuine 3 button flip key? There are a couple of ways to deal with it but the easiest for you I think is to make sure you have a genuine 3 button key I think it will be Delphi for the vectra c and the 3 button key will also do the 2 button ones 3d group and north west keys keep them these don't cause any real problems ,that's as long as it is a straight forward lost key scenario and not a vehicle with further issues.

The chip is already on the board inside this remote, no need to put a chip in the horse shoe, check the remote with your cloner, it should read as a 46, if it does go back and have another go :D

The horse shoe type needs a chip, it is only on the circuit board on the new flip key.

When ordering one, give NW keys or 3D the reg and the VIN of the car if in doubt, and they will send you the correct parts. Only the flip key is a 46, not the fixed blade horse shoe.

When the vectra c 1st came out it had fixed blade horseshoe key with 3 button ,there was never a chip in it as it was part of the circuit board in the remote, these 3 button remotes then became unavailable so we're replaced with the flick type key which came in a z series blade or hu43 blade there is a 2 button version and a 3 button version. But the 3 button will do for both. And you can just swap blades over
