Paul_
Anybody ever come across Owlett Mortice blanks. We've called Owlett architectural but they won't sell us any blanks. Any other ideas?
grahamparker
Do you have a photo of one Paul, it may well be a walsall lock or similar.

keithm
What about a 5G mortice blank with the right bit size? Can't see a problem with it.
grahamparker
Arrone blanks or Walsall and E*S and Spaceguard keys are all the same as this. Aldridges A1321 SKS 593 Davenports B593 (l285)
DC77
I have not actually seen the key. The photo was emailed to me by a client who had asked a local key cutter to duplicate it and the cut key did not work. I remembered that Paul@PNC had asked the question about a suitable blanks for Owlett. Presumably he had tried the most obvious blanks with no success. If I actually get the key I will post an answer. kobblers
Which E*S Graham - the brass one? Cheers, Rick.
grahamparker
No Rick, the Brass e*s is different, it has no wards and isn't quite wide enough. Still certain it is the Walsall lock rebranded, it has appeared many times over the years even Abus produced a lock that was identical and although I said to Abus it was made by walsall they never denied or admitted this.
