Michael
What do you guys charge for re-welting? I'm re-welting a pair at the moment, 3/4 of one shoe and 1/4 of the other + LLS and I've said about £100 but would like to give a properly worked out price, maybe £XX per inch for the welting, plus the LLS. Gray
I would have recommended a full rewelt. would make the job look so much better. Then I would charge £100 + ....... £100 for a 3/4 and 1/4 patchup sounds a bit steep to me. BUT it depends on the quality of the shoes and where you are and what soles you are using. Michael
I charge £65 for LLS so that's the main of the price. To be honest I didn't think of offering a full re-welt

Michael
Thanks for the replies guys, feeling a little disappointed with myself for not thinking about this but I don't get these sort of jobs that often so was a little excited, and I suppose didn't want to lose the job. Any way here's the finished article, not too bad a job in the end..

Lee
I'd still put something over the heel seats, they look shit like that, shame to spoil the job for the sack of a bit of leather. its not what you see, but what you don't see that makes a good repair.
