Anyone doing a heel replacement service is limited to what you or I can purchase in the way of stock, apart from the multiples but they have their own limited stock. At risk of having to mpay out for a new pair if things go pear shaped I would have them sent to the manufacturer by the retailer.... or to the company authorised to carry out heel replacement for these shoes. An email to the contact us on the website should give you an answer though it may take a while. Good luck in whatever method you choose.
