k4mrc
by Hugh-Candoit (ENG) on Sat Oct 25, 2008 9:52 pm Are you going to tell us what went wrong then? nothing wrong hugh, one of my customers has a pair and the heel has bent quite badly, suede covered and requires a new pair attached. i am more interested in getting a very good service for her - i can only seem to get plastic heels from birch, standard range which would not look the part so by ferrying the work with a competent person i still offer a great quality service and keep a 'rich' customer happy! thanks xminit / windycity will try to get in touch with them. Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
I thought at first you had done a "cock-up"! Anyone doing a heel replacement service is limited to what you or I can purchase in the way of stock, apart from the multiples but they have their own limited stock. At risk of having to mpay out for a new pair if things go pear shaped I would have them sent to the manufacturer by the retailer.... or to the company authorised to carry out heel replacement for these shoes. An email to the contact us on the website should give you an answer though it may take a while. Good luck in whatever method you choose.
