alxfer
Does anyone use that anti fatigue matting at their work area? Is it any good? Is it expensive? With standing up working on loft type chipboard flooring for anything up to 9 hours a day, my legs ache at night.

keithm
See your GP, you may have a foot problem that you're not aware of. I spent 25 years behind numerous counters before I found that I had excess pronation, a commom problem. Easy, if a little expensive to solve. Try orthoheel inserts available form Boots. They feel a little odd at first, but once you get used to them, they're fine, no more aching feet Keith

Trainers ans eccos etc always make my feet ache, as your feet can't breathe. Leather shoes solves the problem for me. Although you are correct in your theory for alot of folk. Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
So does that mean that no one has used anti fatigue matting then? I used it at home in the garage (could be stsanding at the bench all day or night) found it better to use a quality pair of trainers with EVA midsoles (running type not general purpose) I had a problem of tripping over the damn thing each time I went to the toilet or to brew up. Maybe todays product has a tapered/Scived edge.
