C##P SERVICE AGAIN

It was me :D

 

Heres my reasons why, Under the terms and conditions post are not allowed to contain Liable content

 

"CRAP SERVICE AGAIN" Could well be Liable as it could imply this company is crap on the whole.

 

The company was named albeit not direct, but obvious.

 

Caps are seen as shouting and not allowed. albeit not important, but made worst by the content in this case.

 

I believe the post could have been worded much better, so that we didn't look like a load of thugs.

 

As a moderator I have be asked to look out for this kind of content and delete or edit them.

Sorry if this has upset some members, but the rules are the rules.

at least I'm not in that line up! I,d reach the nose of the shortest guy in it!

 

I will be making a statement on this topic in a few days time after some considerations.

how did my topic starter make me sound like a thug ,i just stated about poor service.you should take a more relaxed approuch i would rather know of a bad company and steer clear or is it because they sponser the site.they have lost me two customers over the last two year i was just warning others,i thought this was what the forum was about different opions and helping one another out.I know the forum needs sponsors to help fund the site and we are grateful that they do but they should be willing to take critcism to make there company better i know i would be glad to know if ive upset customers.

ok I know i defended them earlier but boy have I had problems with them this year, Neither am I impressed with the outfit you are all singing praises about based in Newcastle.

 

I ordered a large Crystal bowl from them and as I hadn't seen one before and the customer was in a rush for it I decided to get them to put the engraving on rather than have it delivered and find I couldn't do it. They contacted me with 3 days to go and said it would be delayed and on the very last day I ended up driving 30 miles like a lunatic in rush hour traffic to catch up with the delivery driver who had been to the wrong address and wouldn't come back. Bleeding tuffnells they are useless.

 

I will be contacting TDS for next year.
