Michael
What sort of foam is best for the repair of inside the heel of trainers, and where can I purchase? I want something soft and durable but not hard and uncomfortable! I've used cut up bath sponges in the past but would prefer to use the proper material if possible. Michael
Thanks, I do have some thin sheets of this that I use for heel cushioning when making new insoles. Didn't even think of using that. I'll order some thicker sheets next time I put an order in.

HEY THERE, For repairing the inside heel of trainers, I recommend using high-density foam, memory foam, EVA foam, or neoprene foam. These materials are soft, durable, and provide excellent comfort and support. You can find these foams at online retailers like Amazon, eBay, and specialty foam stores, as well as at local craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. You can purchase from amazon.
