jimbo6930
hi does anyone have a solution to doing this, used to have electric pliers which worked well but can't get them anywhere, back when i started the manager used to just knock a screwdriver under the heel and lever it off but i really don't want to do that as they are expensive boots i have tried using a soldering iron but after half an hour its still not heated up even one nail for removal need a better way any help appreciated
Paul_
Now you have got the main screw out I'd imagine these nails will only go into the heel block about 10mm. Give a little wiggle back and forth and I bet it'll come off. Paul kobblers

x minit uk
Difficult to remove without the right tools, more likely to fook it up. Check ebay for electric pliers . Auto Key Wizard

Then you might have enough head of the nails showing to get pliers underneath??
Gray
Dremel, grind the heads off. Then pull the heel off, what's left of the nails get some heat into them with a smooth scourer and they will come out. Auto Key Wizard
