Clamping worn key blades

Is there another way of clamping really worn HU101 Ford keys?

My Silca Matrix SX doesn't like them if they're worn on the sides and won't clamp them. They just keep squeezing them out when I tighten the clamp.

Any ideas????

None, we see many like this but we just decode by eye check code is a valid number then cut on the Triax.

I cut them for a local Ford dealer and I've had a few recently that I couldn't do.

Just explained the only way I can think of is, as you say, a coding machine.

Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to purchase one of these, just thought I may be missing a little trick somewhere!

The 19j clamp on the futura holds them great.

maybe there is something similar you can get for manual machines? We used to have extra clamps for Mercedes keys on our punto years ago
