Looking for a supplier for wooden shield that has 45+side shields on?

I am trying to find a supplier for a large wooden shield that has 45+side shields on and a centre shield. I can only find ones with upto 32 sides shields on. Customer needs this as part of their order.

If its any help, I'd buy a big complete shield then a bigger empty one, fix the complete one to the empty one leaving a gap all the way around and add side shields, basically making a double layer shield.

Or better still buy a big plain shield with smaller side shields and fit yourself

We have done this many times over the years, bit of a ballache with 32 sides but easily done.

Get a small punch and grind tip reallythin and to a fine point so you can mark all the holes then punch each hole slightly so the nails fit easier.

Just buy a 16 inch shield and add smaller side shields. Plenty of space. Plus will most likely be neater than a mass produced one!!!
