No I haven't but I tried to log on to the website this morning and it said that my account was no longer active???

Dear @NYKeys,

As our staff have informed you, unfortunately on Tuesday afternoon there was a power cut in our area which lasted until the evening.

Due to this inconvenience we were unable to ship some orders and also to inform customers of the issue until yesterday morning.

Unfortunately this was out of our control.

Dear @Simes,

If for any reason your account was not active, we reset your password as it was done, nothing strange.
