Employees grumbling about wages to customers

I’m on a fair bit more than these figures and to be honest I don’t know anyone paid so badly on the company who isn’t a trainee. I thought there might be less pay around Scotland or the north but wouldn’t expect it on the south coast.

No wonder the area manager wants out, he’s running a bad area. Probably his own fault though.

I was talking to a friend yesterday. He has made lots of bucks over the last 20 years (not our industry) His son joined him at Christmas and trade picked up now with 3 people doing work, His son has now demanded 50% of the profit. My friend pointed out the profit is not actually his to give away as it is a limited company and his son is getting a fair wage and a pretty decent bonus- The son walked.
