Ford Transit key with separate remote

Is it possible to do the all in one key and fob on these as opposed to the separate remote ?

Mondeo 1998 - 2007 remote should be fine.

Brilliant , thanks , one more thing , on the ford cars I can add a key but some of these transits don't have that option ?

I think you will find that 2006/7 onwards (Blue Remote) you can add but previously no, not unless you already have 2 keys in which case you can then add a third manually.  I believe that's correct but no doubt someone will correct me if I got it wrong.

Using AD products. Select Transit - Duratorque - Type 2  & you can add a key. You used to have to delete all keys & program all available keys back in but on the last few I've done the Add key option was available. Or you could clone the chip.  On either option you can then program remote manually.

Why mess about, Get the remote that uses the glass id60 chip. Remove it and replace with a GTI chip (or similar cn2/tpx) and clone it.

 

I thought Blue remotes where for 2008 onwards.
