Blimey, nothing like starting with the easy questions is there?

 

Shrinkage does occur in all Shoe Polish because they are made using solvents, which evaporate at room temperature. The better the tin, the slower it will happen (assuming the lid is on properly). We have changed our tins, which is probably why there are differing opinions, even on this thread. Our new product seems fine and if I spot tins rattling in store, I generally swap them for new product. I'd much rather the customers only see pristine polish on shelves.
