Gray
What price where you thinking of?...bearing in mind you've been in this game as long as me..... I've started charging more for awkward jobs lately because I am fed up of customers bringing jobs in and saying Timpsons would have charged more....Like triple the price.......Funny how they always tell you that after you have quoted them......PS...I might be somebody else next week.........I think boredom is setting in...... elfman
after checking the boot to see if was just a loose heel I quoted between £15 to £18 depending on access to the shank she said that's ok then produced the other one and when I told her that it was per boot it became a different matter

"Shanks gone luv".....She say's.. "What's a shank?"..." Answers on a postcard"..
