Simes
Hi guys, I'm thinking about starting to do some engraving. At the moment all I do is hand engraved cheap pet discs using a dremell! So if I want to start up doing something on a very limited budget, hence thinking of getting something second hand to start, what should I look out for? 20 years ago with Minit all we had was a gravograph manual machine with a motor for plastics, it had the attachments for tankards etc. Seemed to do the job at the time. Any suggestions? Simes
Gray
Go for as much as you can afford. I would say go computerised if you can see the potential out there, also it depends on your competition. You will be amazed at how quickly you can build engraving up. Take a look here. http://www.u-marq.com/
