Forest Cobbler
Has anyone come up with a foolproof way to hold trays with feet when engraving annual records? It's not a problem when you're engraving it for the first time because you can position the feet to either side of the vice, but you can guarantee that the damn things will be in the way when you have to put a yearly record on. By the way, have used the MP4/camera combination twice now when engraving inside rings, and it has worked a treat. Thanks for the recommendation. ANDY
they can be a pain i use a jig like this for salvers you can put pegs in various holes to suit the salver if the feet are getting in the way you can pack out underneath the salver so feet are floating in the air and not snagging on the vice i have designed an adjustable jig to hold them regardless of feet position, but not got round to making it yet

Forest Cobbler
The sooner you get this on the market, the happier a lot of us will be. Go to it, before I get a couple of bits of 2 by 1 out of my Dad's shed and do it myself. V
