Lee, FYI, for posting on a public forum, you should have used Nominet the "official" UK NIC to provide authoritative whois information.

http://www.nominet.org.uk/

http://webwhois.nic.uk/cgi-bin/whois.cg ... raps.co.uk

If a "private" whois like names.co.uk gets too many hits for the same info, it will block that database record, causing your link to fail.

Regards,

Dave

well i have made many changes to the website now both that you can see and cant see. turns out my site was illegal, as was my emails and my invoices! but now they are sorted! a few more improvements to make and we will be there. all orders are dispatched up to date so please dont worry if you have ordered. we never wanted to make anyone suspicious of us or our products. our feedback so far has been really good http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI ... llFeedback

"I have just taken delivery of forty - ten of each , a sample purchase from via ebay and nothing wrong with them - what is more is that they are wide in the blade so will take a cut that we struggle on some of the blanks we have from our normal supplier."

thank you all for your help/support/critisism its much appreciated and been very usefull. we all know the only way to grow a business is through service and listening to our customers so keep it coming.

thanks again

paul

I dont agree Lee, all that was needed was a kind word in the ear, if he continued then Ok.

Maybe he got it wrong - maybe he is a flybynight - but lets at least give him the benefit.

But leaping off the top of the wardrobe and landing on his head is a bit rough

Mick, I think the reaction from the named parties suggest we were right to react in the way we did. Good luck to them both :D

Maybe - but it's a very fine line to call somebody out rather than by them a drink - The Locksmiths have a bad name for being gunslingers, You shoe menders for being bar propers.

Many like this forum for the light hearted way its run and the friendly atmosphere, just didn't want that to change.

And it won't Mick
