Does anyone else get problems with T Colleges website. Do you save an order then come back to the site later/another day and find you order has disappeared no where to be seen even though you have definately 100% pressed the save button or is it just me ?

I don't know the system that colledges uses, but if the order is saved "locally" on your computer it will probably be saved in a cookie, if you have a program that is clearing these then your order will be cleared with them. that would be my first consideration.

the rep reckons its to do with me computer. Just glad i have done a screen print of what i had input.

 

anyway will now go and input it all again and submit the order.

me with lee on that one, cookie problem. probably them chocolate chip ones.

 

but on a lighter note do you use ie or firefox, since i have been using firefox i have had very few cookie problems, much better

I've never had a problem to be honest, in fact I think Colledges are brilliant to deal with and their website is very user friendly even for an old fart like me! And hardly ever out of stock of items unlike others I could mention. Cough (Healys) Cough, sorry slipped out!!

I did me order and went bed. I hav talked to a nerdy tech web bloke who was asking what sort of system are they using etc. He reckons it could be my computer aswell anyway gonna muck about with who long cookie are kept on me system and see what happens.

Klazy, if you are using internet explorer then click on tools and then internet oprions. click the privacy tab and change the security settings, this will hopefully sort out the cookies

awright been mucking about with me ie settings have done one an order with one item will go back after a couple days and see if its still there!!

The order is not saved in a cookie localy. It is saved on colledge's database

Actually I've had the opposite problem, I saved part of an order then decided to phone it in so I could speak to someone direct about a product. Now whenever I go back to the site, there is the saved order again. I have tried to get rid of it but it just won't go away!
