Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
Yes the noise is a dist5raction, it must be early day as the products are interactive until they open up then it stops just when you want to see what nails the y do or what heels they stock, maybe its my computer stopping them opening but nothing happens when I click on the individual items. Still it is a good start and nice to see.
robinh
I have to come clean. This is not a good website. It was created for us by a local agency under a government initiative two years ago. I was never intnded as an online shop. Although it has generated a number of enquiries for us, not only from the UK but from Europe as well, we are not entiely happy with it and have not "pushed " it. The sound was a big mistake! We are currenly working on improving it with the itention of making it more dynamic and user friendly. If you have any comments that would help us create a better website please feel free to give them, after all, we want customers to use it once it has been completed. Personally I would scrap that one Robin and start afresh, as it does seem to be the way to go to have an on line shop for wholsesalers. Remember you have about 8 seconds to get a possible customer to start natigating your site. If its in the slightest awkward you are likely to loose em. If you need a real expert for help who is a genuine chap PM me.
robinh
Thank you for your replies gentlemen. We are working with someone at the moment and have taken on board your suggestions. I think that the original one will not be used as a basis for the new one and definately no silly noises.
kobblers
i concur with danny whatever you do, don't try to emulate the birch website, it's a joke!!!!! seriously though, a website for your company would be a great move forward robin as i (and probably many others) have hardly any idea of the products you sell and as you don't have a catalogue that i'm aware of being able to browse and view what your firm has to offer may generate new custom for you good luck! rick. Lee
(and probably many others) have hardly any idea of the products you sell I agree, I’ve been using you for years & haven’t a clue what you sell! Just keep ordering the same old same old & as various products have become obsolete they tend to get knocked of the order making it smaller as the years have gone by. Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
The best bit about a Healy enquiry is the help you get that is not in a catalogue or on a web page. This company probably put more into the trade than they take out in profit. (well that was my experience of them).
