Silver plated dummy

While I'm here, what sort of mark-up do you get dealing direct with Swatkins?

Just tried to fill in the online distributor thingy, but it won't go through so may give them a ring and ask for a catologue.

Any problems with them i.e. slow delivery, extortionate delivery charges, low stock levels etc.?

Swatkins offer you 55% discount off their catalogue price and help you with an online catalogue for your website if you have one, delivery is quick and reasonably priced and I have never heard the words "out of stock off them" so i guess stock levels are good. they advise you to let them engrave the more expensive trophies so if a mistake is made they could just re plate it or whatever they do.

very helpful staff and I have no hesitation recommending them

we got all ours off birch, i dunno if they're in the catalogue but i'll check.

failing that, contact joe davies in stockport manchester, they're the importer/distributor for most of the silver plated giftware we deal with and they're very helpful.

I ve just engraved one from Widdop and Bingham. These are good quality items and most of the larger department store type shops stock their stuff (as well as English Pewter christening gifts section)

The item number I did was 6312TD, A dummy and a first tooth box.
