Guest Phill
I know some of you have this machine, Can you recommend it? what are its limitation against a Unicode. Have you bought it and then wished you bought a Unicode.

Auto Key Wizard
When I went into Auto Locksmithing I needed to sort a suitable code machine out, The Silca Unicode 299 is £5638 just for the machine, then you need software & all the other bits, That's a bit expensive me thinks, & they don't travel too well out on the road, loose calibration apparently. I got the HPC 1200 Blitz™ for £1345 (list price £1756) & purchased Instacode by W H Software for £665 & I was off doing lost key jobs, I decode & cut all broken keys to code that come into the shop now too. I never bought any Code Cards either, mine were all printed via the Instacode software. The Blitz™ is very portable too. I have bought the Blitz™ and glad I didn't buy a Unicode. What are your plans General or Auto work? Contact Richard Van de weyer @ SKS 07957 995327 They have 5 in stock @ £1349 + Vat, they will be off loading them at the Hickley Valtone open day this weekend, so you'll need to be quick Any more advice you need Phil just SHOUT, Shop number in sig. You'll need two for auto work, CW-1011 & CW-47MC, the CW-14MC is also worth having for general cylinder keys Did you order the Instacode add-on, Car opening & Transponder Info @ £195? Guest Phill
Yes Tel its coming with all three cutters for a little extra money. Do you change them often? or does one cutter do the majority. Did you try out the blitz switch b4 you bought the blitz if so what did you think?
Guest Phill
No we haven't ordered the intsacode add on yet. Is it worth it?

Guest Phill
Well UK we looked at your zip replacement tutorial the other week and all thought it was a great way of doing them. hibsjo(SCO)
Yeh Tel i have to agree with you on the blitz being a good entry level into coded keys. instacode is tremendous and updates have to be gotten to stay abreast of all thats happening. We seem to be getting used more and more often by the garages for coded keys more so that im going to see if I can get a good price for a lazer code machine this weekend at Nuneaton. Depth keys are really p*ssing me off. on a side note had the AD100PRO for a couple of weeks now and what a difference so much quicker and easier to use (John really likes it). carry on! Auto Key Wizard
Do you change them often? or does one cutter do the majority. You'll use the CW-1011 the most. just remember to check the card for which cutter to use. Did you try out the blitz switch b4 you bought the blitz if so what did you think? No I never, but wish I had it instead, but have a Silca SA in the truck for duplicating, Oh I drive all machines from my trucks battery via a Ring 500w inverter No we haven't ordered the instacode add on yet. Is it worth it? Think it would be useful at some point, get it when you've made a bit o cash. What Diagnostic tool do you use?

Guest Phill
We went for the MVP pay as you go, which I know your not a fan of Tel, but with so many tools to buy our budget wouldn't quite stetch to a AD100 pro. Maybe in a few years. We use a covertor for power in the van but I have to keep attaching it to the battery then taking off. I'll get a new van at the end of the year and want to get a better set up with sockets in the back. What set up do you use Tel? Dosen't seem to be anyone around here that does it. Auto Key Wizard
We went for the MVP pay as you go, which I know your not a fan of Tel, Hey, I'd happily own a MVP, I'd just make sure I purchased bulk tokens for the cheapest programming per vehicle. We use a covertor for power in the van but I have to keep attaching it to the battery then taking off. I'll get a new van at the end of the year and want to get a better set up with sockets in the back. What set up do you use Tel? I use a Ring Automotive 500 watt inverter hooked up to a direct 30A feed from my trucks battery, have also a Ring Automotive power pack chucking out 800 Cold Crank amps as additional power source Dosen't seem to be anyone around here that does it. That's good, charge as much as someones prepared to pay, Example: Arrive, 2003 Ford Focus lost keys, unlock & decode using Tibbe Pick, cut two keys (blue chip 4D) program to vehicle, Leave 1/2 hour later £
