hi all trying to find (Picture) dont know what the proper name is for them i call the rectangle rings can find 25mm , 35mm etc but they need to have a inside measurement of 50mm / 2" and metal and welded if possible so they dont just bend open hope you can help

depending how old machine is or how much rotary engraving you have done it may be bearings in spindle, think you can send spindle back for a refurb or exchange

hi i would go for umarq has bigger engraving area is200 is only 8.9 x 3 in (225 x 80 mm) engraving area before i get told i'm a fanboy of umarq i have is400g and gem fx

just tot add make sure carriage is central reset to 0 if it has been moved when doing other jobs
