We have done these and many others in the past using Silca CB87 but the blanks have suddenly got thinner.

Only managed to do one out of the last 4 we have seen.

We use the exact copy option on the Triax pro then finish by running though manually on the Mustang just to make the cuts wider.

We charge £12.60 per key which is more than a new padlock with 10 keys but people still seem to pay.

I have got the jma cor 37 working in the padlock,  I milled the 2 middle channels on the key making it slightly thinner and they work fine,  yes I am charging £12 each.
