Bluespot key id

Looking for a key blank for this bluespot padlock key,  tried the jma cor 37 but really tight going into lock

I have frequently seen Chinese padlocks with Corbin Eurostar type keys. The blank you used does seem correct.

We have done these and many others in the past using Silca CB87 but the blanks have suddenly got thinner.

Only managed to do one out of the last 4 we have seen.

We use the exact copy option on the Triax pro then finish by running though manually on the Mustang just to make the cuts wider.

We charge £12.60 per key which is more than a new padlock with 10 keys but people still seem to pay.

I have got the jma cor 37 working in the padlock,  I milled the 2 middle channels on the key making it slightly thinner and they work fine,  yes I am charging £12 each.
