Simes
I'm happy with mine. Updating can be a little bit fiddly, moving from a local connection to wifi to download and then moving back to local connection. I think updates are currently free but not for an unlimited period of time. Decoding and cutting is accurate. Especially on laser car keys. Autotechnix
I have a Futura and a Ninja. I would buy another Ninja but I wouldn't buy another Futura. The Futura is slower and more difficult to update or connect to but it's still on it's 1st decoder tip after 18 months. The Ninja is very fast but totally unforgiving, it bends at least 1 decoder tip every month, it does decode and cut cylinder keys more accurately than the Futura though. lockdecoders

Autotechnix
Martin Pink helped iron out a few wrinkles last year and since then it's been great machine. I update it once a month, just connect it to an ethernet cable, reboot it and click on update.
