rapidlocks
chris and sarah at keyprogrammers are as honest as they come , great people to deal with and totally trustworthy , ive only ever had good experiences with them and their kit , its very rare to have nothing but praise for a supplier or a piece of kit , but in their case its justified. you can trust them 100% , im guessing the phone number was removed to save them being tied up on enquiries and freeing up their time to work and develop their tool . if its a genuine truecode thats registered to the seller , then im sure they will do what they need to in order to verify this and to transfer it to you . holly12345
Yeah found sarahs number bottom of email, just like to see a contact number from companys on there websites rather then a email contact form that's all, bit of a admin fee too from programmers for transfer which I take it is just for my address and them to send me code over. Mick Friend
sarah is a working mum with a severely disabled child - Chris is a techy and works as hard - I have always found they get bask quickly with an e-mail request - a lot of people now prefer e-mail contact as you can describe the problem and not tie people up with long explanations of why their mum made them wear red shoes. kingkey
i work as a friend for Chris and Sarah , Holly12345, rest assured ,you will not find a better company to deal with . Once the details from the person that has sold the unit to you has been confirmed to Keyprogrammers , from there on it will be a smooth transition . Very well run company ,nice people to deal with , Regarding contacting Chris directly , i cannot blame him , all contact is now by email because he get about 300 calls a day , which if viewed as emails ,at least he can answer the relevant ones

Autotechnix
Glad you're sorted Holly, As already said, Chris was just getting too many calls every day, he always answer emails promptly or you can ask on the TrueCode forum. I've been using TrueCode for years, did a Micra K12 remote key in 30 seconds today, you just can't go wrong with it.
