completelocks Posted May 5, 2015 Report Share Posted May 5, 2015 Try not to apply pressure to the drill bit and let it cut slowly, heat build up is what will cause the drill bit to snap. Slowly does it. The longer you take, the better. Now and then, stop and cool the bit in water. I've even cooked the heel in water too. Leave it to cool completely then continue.
