Mick Friend
You should set your case out in writing to the supplier. Make sure you cover all the points ie board tested and found faulty you agreed to repair board returned after payment arrived back - visually appeared to be damaged tested and found faulty independently certified as such require refund in full should be posted by a signed for service that way whem contacted he cannot say neverheard a word been 2 months he could have damaged it himself

Mick Friend
I think you may have to think that way.... what a shit world this is becoming - tell the Police and they will say it is a civil matter when it isn't it is fraud.
Flash
Trading standards. Waste of time. Solicitors. Waste of money. Sort it yourself, you have a hammer haven't you?
