Mccomberm
I have a miracle A9 special and the cutter will not stop running. I have tried disconnecting all power sources, different tablet connections, nothing stops it.

Martin b
I had issues with the A9 on and off for the past 10 years or so id given up using it in all honesty it was that frustrating To be fair to Lock decoders they did get someone to log into it via team viewer to try to resolve (mainly software issues crashing not connecting and some dimple keys not showing up on the software ) long story short the tablet side of things constantly crashes (has done for a few years now so) so unusable it works bob on with the pc based software Codemaster 3 not missed a beat since . for whatever reason mine was stuck on the old software and it just wouldn't update speak to lockdecoders update the pc software (even if its working delete it and reload a version off lockdecoders site) and try again We bought the A9 when it first came out would i buy it again probably not mainly due to better options on the market at the time it was the a good option at a decent price point things move on i guess
