hibsjo(SCO) Posted August 26, 2012 Report Share Posted August 26, 2012 had a (brittish) guy in yesterday mortice key and cylinder wanting copied cut the keys told him the price £9.48 well he went into one "thats a terrible price" "thats disgusting" bla bla bla............... that would only cost me $6 in new york wtf there were some others in the shop at the time all bemused by him I told him that the uk was a very expensive place to visit carry on! More surprised that he had a mortice lock in the US! Cylinder deadcase yes but a traditional lever mortice isn't very populare over there to say the least. Would of been tempeted to ask him to fill a car up with petrol.
