grahamparker
Gaz im pretty sure you just need to upgrade the firmware and you can use the new mh heads and blades.(i think you want the eh2 blades and they are discontinued.) Ring silca on the number below and ask to speak to Matt or Lee and they will confirm what your options are. Birches only supply the shoe repair industry, Aldridges are still the biggest and best supplier of Silca products in the uk to the locksmith industry. If you have an Aldridge account ring the London branch and ask to speak to Jimmy Kibble as he will also be able to help you. Silca Ltd. hibsjo(SCO)
one machine to do all......NEVER going to happen! what happens when your customer doesnt even have a key? you have to invest and that does mean spending £xxxx amount every year new kit becomes available most months and if you know your market you buy it its difficult i understand your complaint you go one way with fastcopy and heads bla bla bla but then they leave you behind(or it feels like it) there is always gonna be something new round the corner some go with it some dont so stop yer bloody moaning and get on with it put it on ebay some muppet will buy it then buy yourself something that does the job and will continue to do the job carry on! redcap
there is always gonna be something new round the corner some go with it some dont so stop yer bloody moaning and get on with it I initially read that and thought "a bit strong" (yes, me!... thinking; "a bit strong"!!)..... but then I re-read it and thought; Yep... spot on!!! .... basically, it highlights the difference between those that charge enough to make a good profit and can afford re-invest in new equipment and stay ahead of the 'game'... and those that buy second-hand/chinese/never renew, and get left behind.... ....if your fast copy has not already returned a good profit AND paid for it's replacement; you are doing something VERY, VERY, wrong, IMHO... jkamboj
if your fast copy has not already returned a good profit AND paid for it's replacement; you are doing something VERY, VERY, wrong, IMHO I agree, if your machine is not paid off in one year, some thing is wrong some where Jas
cobbler2u
The machine paying for itself is not the issue. The issue here is the fact we were using the machines without knowing that they were coming to an end until you called up to re order. Then to be told NLA. YOUR MACHINE NOW IS WORTHLESS. Al least offer a desent trade in price.
birchrep
if you bought the blades and heads from birch we will swop them for the new mh blades and heads, technology does move on and you will need a pbox to do the mh keys and both boxes updated which we will be doing free of charge at the show.
