Lee
Here's a little story in relation to the Toyota key that Joe posted me. When the customer first came in they had a bunch of keys cut (elderly gent & his son) because the elderly gent had lost his keys along with his car key. I cut these & ordered the car key (but that's another story!) & the next day they where both back to get the car key cut. Now dear old Dad was getting on in years & was a little muddled, throwing both the car key & a faded worn 1a on the counter saying "this didn't work" I explained the the son that maybe "Dad" had mixed the keys up as this wasn't a new key or one I'd cut. Now he could see this & tried to explain this to his Dad. A full blown argument ensued between them both & I mean a raging gun battle! the son was very patient, but poor old Dad got quite heated! I ducked round the corner to program the car key & spent a little longer than normal (until it seamed to have simmered a little!) The joys of getting old! anyway I never heard from them today, so I assume all the keys where fine once they'd figured out which ones where for which locks! Count Muppet
a man that confused shouldn't be allowed to drive. he sounds like the sort of dangerous old man that drives 20miles the wrong way down a motorway.
Lee
He looked like him to. Once I'd cut the key I asked him to go & try it & he left the shop in the wrong direction, with his son running after him & that's no word of a lie! Dean
In our old shop (which was very narrow - about 10 foot wide) we once had an old woman peering at us through the window, mouthing, "How do I get in?" The door would be a good place to start, fruitcake
