Thanks, I thought it might be restricted but as it's only a padlock I thought I would take a punt.

They supply quite a few differeing versions of the internal cores for most of the federal padlock range.

 

They should be able to tell you the supplying locksmith/ironmongers by quoting the number on the key.

Have a look at Silca FH24R

Silca make copies of loads of restricted key blanks,does not always mean it can be obtained.

 

But have to agree it does look very close indeed.

 

checked stock online with a few suppliers and no one i can find stocks this blank.

I rung Codringtons who gave me the contact details of the company who hold the profile and have passed them on to the customer.
