Sarunas
that was really helpful sry for your phone How does gravograph pick up fonts ? Lets say its installed in : C:\GravoStyle6000 you can find fonts in here : C:\GravoStyle6000\FONTS in here you can find : GII - VISION - TTF fonts , but TTF it uses from : C:\Windows\Fonts how to make it to use TTF from C:\GravoStyle6000\FONTS\TTF Because i dont wanna put more fonts in to windows direction - pc is already lagging when need to open PS or AI - for loads of fonts . And i dont use zodiac , angels , devils and other image fonts in PS or AI just in gravograph .
Warren
What Lee should have used to get perfect results is a swivel depth nose. Great vid though Lee!!
Warren
One of these allows you to achieve a constant depth because the depth nose will swivel and follow the curve. http://www.gravograph.co.uk/images/auxi ... noises.jpg A must have for every toolbox. hibsjo(SCO)
The only thing with these is because they are made of nylon(the swivly bit) the wear out against cutters! but they are good no ghosting carry on!
Gray
How many more degrees of curve could you achieve compared to a fixed nosecone?? It looks like it would probably go to 45 degrees. But with Vistools depth profile feature I probably would'nt need it.

Lee
What Lee should have used to get perfect results is a swivel depth nose. Great vid though Lee!! When your pretty much self taught you don't always know whats out there to make the job easier! After this comment I ordered a rotating nose cone & although it took a while to arrive I finally took it out the packet & had a play with it today! OK I skimmed the top of the job as it went back to its start point, thats why its best to do a trial run before needing it for real, but you get the idea! On the sample I got 27mm of cutting area with the standard nose cone & 37mm with the rotating one, that gives a much greater area on some of those tricky jobs! Sarunas
Could anyone tell me how to engrave picture on silver without background ? I have pick of a couple , i used PS CS5 to remove background , now i have couple and when i save as JPG i get white color around them it looks good , but when i put it in Gravo 6 and convert to photostyle ( not negative ) i see that only couple is dot'ed ( is it alright to say dot'ed ? ) and bacground is white , but when i start egraving i see that machine is engraving all image including white background ( background is not so deep ) and couple ( is deeper than background) . It would be alright but to engrave it it takes like ages 8 hours? heres the image that i use
