Craig Gardner Posted December 20, 2010 Report Share Posted December 20, 2010 i just want to say a public thank you to the 3dgroup their excellent service and back up they are second to none. i was pi**ed off today when i went out to a lost keys job today in -7 deg when i pulled out a brand new lishi 2in1 pick only to find it faulty. i then had to use a standard pick and then strip down door lock to decode in the bloody cold that wasted an extra 30mins. by then i was freezing and still had to eeprom at the side of the road for pin before i could programme key and remote. when i got back to my warm shop i called 3d and got kerry who was excellent no problem she said a new one is in stock and she will send me it with a returns forum.but as dan is visiting me before the end of the year i said just give him it and he can deliver it personaly. now that is what i call service and the service i have had all year from them once again second to nobody. so dan keep up the good work for next year. craig Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Davy Posted December 20, 2010 Report Share Posted December 20, 2010 It's too common for some suppliers to send tools out without checking them first. That's why I always try every tool before putting them in a drawer. I've had it with a Ford HU101 where the holes were too small for the picking arm. It wasn't from 3D and fortunately I have 2 of most picks or I would have been well pissed off driving to a job before finding out. key cabin Posted December 21, 2010 Report Share Posted December 21, 2010 I too have had problems with other suppliers, but when you call 3D you get a no nonsense and profesional reply, none of this ' oh no you will have to go to the manufacturers for that' if they can sort it they will, if not they will give you some alternatives. gazzaull22 Posted December 21, 2010 Report Share Posted December 21, 2010 I must also say 3D are a great company and good products always get good customer service and the staff are great , i have had many dealings with kerry and she is always spot on with every order, tomorrow kerry is coming down our way for a break and she got in touch about a order we placed with 3D and she going to drop the order off at our office for us making sure we get it for christmas. And this is exactly why it works so well. As Dan lives and breath's the job we all do, he understands whats expected from a supplier and how a supplier could operate better. Just seeing how the business has grown over the past few years, and to see where its heading is a testament to all the hard work of all of the 3D Team. Dave, Dan & Dean are always friendly & professional. Dan's automotive expertise has helped us all in our daily tasks. And Dean has made the web site into the most easy to use, and informative I have had the pleasure to use. And for those who have had the Pleasure of meeting Dave will know just how good a business and everday man he is. And the staff are all excellent, and where would we all be without Kerry But there has to be a balance, there cant be that much good without the bad................. They all support Blackpool!!
