key cabin
Hi All, I have a massive challenge for someone out there, a lady has brought me a church chalis in to be engraved, she either wants the engraving just under the wording already there or just around the recess. This one is just a little too complex for me, so are there any takers, please let me know how much it will cost and how long it will take. I will PM all the info needed. Trying to put photo on this thread but it keeps saying it is too big, any help shrinking it? Dave

Michael
Can you not draw round it on paper and then scan it into your software as a template?

Michael
What about using this picture to vectorise the basic shape and then import that to your software? Measure the chalice and then stretch the vectorised shape to size...

Gray
You should have had a crack at this yourself key cabin. Think of the satisfaction you would get had you done the job and got it right........................................ On second thoughts think of what it would have cost if you had f**ked it up. Worth you investing in a printer/scanner though for future jobs. They ain't expensive. Remind us again what machine and software you are running? Gray
Same here Dave, You could have sorted that easily on the Uni & Vistool8. (and a scanner ) Guess you need a bit more confidence and practice. Anymore questions just give either myself or StevenB a shout we may be able to help. I think michael26uk is using earlier vistool not sure if he has upgraded yet but he seems in the know too. Maybe a vistool club should be formed.
