Why not Hugh! if its in working order & you need a patcher then Stevens makes a sensible buy & knowing Steven as I do & having purchased from him off ebay BEFORE I new him, I am willing to bet money on the item being under described & potentially a solid buy for the high bidder.

Very sorry, I thought it was a "Joe Public" item, only saw the photo and that told me the story.(post deleted).

Of course if it is in good working order then it will pay for itself within a couple of weeks for the purchaser, worth having as a standby machine if you have storage space to spare.

Machines that are in good working order and will sew all material thicknesses and be able to cope with different thread thicknesses are quite rare on the private secondhand market.

So rare in fact that I've got a second machine about to go onto ebay, but without the treadle!
