grahamparker
These are a pig to cut even using our triax-e-code there are four different versions of this key. Honda (4T-6W) Sub & Main There are two systems for cutting these Honda keys, which differ in the way the cut comes off the key at the point nearest the head; see figures below. Honda (4T-6W) Sub & Main (1.05) system Honda (4T-6W) Sub & Main (1.41) system The system to be used must be chosen carefully as the two are not compatible. The easiest way to find the best system to use is to take the measurement marked on the figures with letter "A". (A is the measurement at the top of the key where the cut starts) For the (4T-6W) Sub & Main (1.05) system measurement "A" must have a value of approximately 6.85 millimetres (0.270 inches). For the (4T-6W) Sub & Main (1.41) system measurement "A" must have a value of approximately 6.13 millimetres (0.241 inches). For the Honda (4T-6W) Sub & Main (1.05) system use Serial Numbers 805 and 806. For the Honda (4T-6W) Sub & Main (1.41) system use Serial Numbers 582 and 619. If you are manually cutting this key then you may need to re-adjust you machine.
