Michael
I've been looking at the Vectric V-Carve pro software for my Mastergrave Universal engraver.I would like to try and do some house signs with the 3D/hand engraved effect. Does any one use this? Is it any good? Will it work with my machine? (Not sure if my controller will step on 3 axis at the same time???) Anyone using vistool 8, does this have a v-carve option? May just look to upgrade to this as I am still using vistool 6!!!
hakeemz
dont know about universal but i tried it with is200 and found that although in its capabilities it is next gen as compared to gravo software but it takes longer to send detailed jobs to the machine, specially 3d carving jobs, other than that i quite like it to be honest
Forest Cobbler
We, too, are still using Vistool 6 and would be interested to know what the benefits of upgrading to Vistool 8 would be. Is there enough to make it worth the expense?
