Diamond Gals
Just had a spectrum zippo returned. client requested Vixen to be engraved in Lucinder Blackletter in capitals. Colleague of mine engraved and as it looked messy all in capitals, did the first letter in caps and all the others lower case. client collected was over the moon with it, never commented on the letters. two days later brought it back cus the "V" is inverted and not all caps....explained the reason but demanded refund, duly given.... now in my window for sale, so wont loose money on it, but really annoying that its fabulous when they collect and then two days later not so good. or am i having a really sh***y day? how do you deal with things like this??? melx
ironplanet uk900
Engrave it exactly as the customer requires it. At the time of sale you should have explained that all upper case looks bad with this particular font, and shown them on your computer.

Auto Key Wizard
Lucida Blackletter is a nice font I think you made the right choice, but should have advised the punter of your intention. Consider yourself a Maybe this would have been more suited for her
