LOL@ Planet!!

We have found that since increasing our prices, less and less people complain!!

Our customers are quite loyal to us which is a rewarding part of running the business.

Maybe we should carry out a survey. It would be educating to learn what drives them to shop with us. Maybe even learn a few things on the way.

Bet you'll find its because customers like you, and your service. although the price does have some part to play, I think overall its a good service that is king.

My point is that people have many reasons why they go to a particular supplier and low down the list is price.

As sales people, we can get obsessed with price and cut our own throats.

I saw the survey, very interesting. I charge £4 for a 1a not putting it down to £3.90, can't be bothered.

My philosophy is service with a smile and 100% accuracy. The smile bit is the most difficult.

I would actually dispute this, price is low down because your prices are pitched correctly for you market place.

If your 1A suddenly became £40 ALL your customers would notice & price would become the number 1 consideration.

Good service commands a good price, but price still has to be an overriding factor.
