k4mrc
i have used them for 16 years, yes couple of "silly" problems - i;e out of stock, damaged delivery (once) but can honestly say they Goodwill, are very good - compared with some other trophy suppliers i have used. i have been at goodwill and overheard a complaint where a shoe repairer was complaining that the trophies they had ordered had not got the centres stuck into place, which they told him after quite a conversation they would close his account because of the ignorance he was portraying at the time.I also are fortunate that i can use them cash & carry which the prices are great! profit to be made with a great big capital P. Guest Iain Cheall
Too high pressure, hard sell from both of the guys at the same time. I don't like to be pressured or even to feel pressured also got told by another forum member that they turned up in his shop and started berating him to buy more stuff off them in the middle of him serving a customer. I can do without that sort of hassle. I find the south african guy to be obnoxious and the other smaller guy to be weaselly. I didn't care for them at all and wouldn't buy anything from them as I just didn't get the feeling I could trust them. I have 4 Trophy Suppliers at the moment and all 4 have better looking and better quality trophies for sale in their catalogues than Goodwill. I do use em but don't let them under my skin, I tend to get under thier skins, As you probably can imagine

CotswoldEngraver
been to the show thought it was very good went with the intention of finding another trophy supplier after the last one we used in our first year of trading, gave us such poor service that we got so fed up we just stopped using them, won't say who it is but....... has anyone used SDL group? we looked at their products and were quite impressed but had a feeling their service may not be superb as his passing comment after telling him about our previous issues was 'oh dear well we are not the worst and not the best but we do try!' not a good sales pitch! only other supplier we tried was goodwill but after your previous comments then i'm not so sure,
